Step 1: REquest a store
To start the process, just fill out our store request form. This will help us get to know you and your group better so that we can personalize your online store. The timeline shown will depend on when artwork/store are approved, when the items can get to us from our vendor, and how large your store is since we will sort it for you. The entire process typically takes at least 7 weeks.

Step 2: Store setup (1-2 weeks)
Our team will help you finalize your design(s) and figure out what styles will best fit your group’s needs. We encourage you to offer different styles to your group, like t-shirts, polos, premium shirts, long sleeves, jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, baseball tees, tank tops, shorts, whatever you want!
We will help you pick a minimum that is realistic for your group. Our bare minimum is 12 printed items or 6 embroidered items. So if your group is expecting/hoping for 50 tees with the same print, we would recommend a 24-item minimum so that your group can easily reach the goal and make a profit.
After the hard decisions are out of the way, we’ll get to work building the webpage for your store. When it’s ready, we’ll send you the link to share with your group.
Step 3: Order Collection (2+ weeks)
We recommend leaving your store open for at least 2 weeks to collect orders, but depending on your deadline, you can keep it open as long as necessary. While the store is open, your group members can shop and pay for their own orders 24/7 while you sit back and relax. We’ll send you updates as well so you can stay in the loop!
Step 4: Purchasing, Production, & Sorting (2-3+ weeks)
When the store closes, we’ll tally everyone’s orders, purchase the blank garments, and send everything into the production phase. When production is finished, we sort, bundle, and label each individual order and box everything up for you.
Step 5: Pickup/shipping
When everything is sorted and bundled, we’ll ship out the orders directly from the store or let you know they’re ready for pickup, whichever works better for you (and we can do both!). If your store made a profit, then you’ll receive a refund check for the difference.
All you have to do is pick up/receive the sorted orders and distribute them! (Yes, it really is that simple!) So what are you waiting for?
